Even though I did a trial re-install of CuBase, I found it next to useless in seeing either MIDI or audio: so much for that idea.
Strangely enough I did get MC4 to actually record a MIDI signal, and then succeeded to get it to play back. I'll have to dive into the Cooper patchbay manual to see if I can create a patch that will split-out the signal between the interface and the gear... Its my best bet of being fully operational.

I wish I can say I got something done, but I was getting frustrated in playing a part to a simple rhythm pattern I pecked out using the GM Crystal patch played an octave lower using only one key, to the point of getting tired and headachey. I need to lie down and rest or something.
