A Younger Mirror of One's Former Self

Looks like I'll be going to Speedway on the sly for the time being: there is a cashier at the Pearl&I-71 Shell who acts like he is being put-upon when a customer needs something. After wanting today's PD, my only second only bad habit, and my Mega ticket replayed (can't wait for multi-draw to resume,) I decided to feed Rok somewhere else (the Speedway further down the road near the Walgreens near Bagley.)

There was a time where I was exactly the same person, but I've come to realize that it wouldn't do me any good to be cranky. I still have those moments, but hopefully they are now few and far between. But I wasn't like that at first, working overnight at the current location was at times one's own "Night of the Living Dead"... especially after the bars close brought that to the surface, taking a too long while to beat back down when I went afternoon/evening shift wise.

Yeah one can say I got a dose of my own medicine, (and probably deserved!) I hope that kid doesn't learn the hard way about emotional control.
